After a burglary and having my car stolen, my car was returned after 4 wks. My MOT was overdue. I rang MINI to explain, they advised how to get my log book, new plates and fitted me in last minute. So accommodating at a horrible time. Brilliant. ??
My repair request was not everyday in nature and Michael was supportive and very patient throughout the process, replying to my communications professionally. He was friendly and very personable. I will not hesitate to use here again due to this.

The staff were helpful and friendly and were able to answer all my questions. They also dealt with my service quickly as I was going on holiday later that day so it saved me a journey back there to collect the car.
The whole experience was straightforward, the staff knew I was leaving my Mini and collecting after work. I was told I would be contacted if work was needed which is what happened and my car was ready at the agreed time, thanks to John for the valet
Mainly down to Kathy on reception. She does exactly what it says on the tin. In fact she does more. Pushed and overworked at times but not a detriment to her services and customer care.

Alanna who I dealt with was wonderful. Some sales people can be pushy. She wasnt. She found me the car I wanted and she was efficient, personable and courteous at all times. A pleasure to deal with.
My only slight issue was when booking my service I was told to bring it to the wrong place (a centre that only serviced BMWs). When I arrived the staff however arranged to transfer my car to and from the correct centre which I thought was great.
The Williams service centre Manchester have always done the servicing, mot etc and have been knowledgeable and helpful, plus there was coffee, cold drinks and biscuits in the waiting area whilst the work was done

Hard to get hold of service by phone, constant diversion to a sales team who have no knowledge of service issues and can only email to say you have called. This isn't much use if you need an answer. Also limited courtesy cars available to use.

It is not different (better or worse) from any other car dealers I have dealt with. Trade-in value for my old MINI was fair (after some negotiation). I have been kept informed about the estimate delivery date of the car, though.
It was as a comparison to my previous experience in trying to get a Mini in the fleet/business side of Mini - which was just a never-ending experience with little information.This time Sam was very helpful, efficient and friendly.
