Reception staff were very helpful. However the online booking system does not seem to work. After no contact for three days I ended up phoning to book the car in.

The service dept building is a far cry from the showroom , very pokey and cars dumped all around the roads, not showing off the quality of your cars , service staff ( who were great )
The salesman was absent a few times when I had an appointment and no one contacted me , hence I made my way to the showrooms

I could not of had better customer service, the Staff are very helpful anything I ask them they sort out for me namely' Blue Tooth' on this occasion. I stay while they serviced my car and I could not have been looked after better by the young man.
The fault was diagnosed, fixed and returned in the same day with a wash and Hoover too!

The lady was new and new nothing about mobility so everything that I asked she had to keep waiting to ask colleges instead of somebody being with her.

This is the second new mini I have bought from this dealership and as before they gave me great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Alanna kept me up to date on the delivery and when I collected the car went through everything very carefully.

Service was just to replace brake fluid and was not completed on time due to breakdown of the brake fluid machine. Despite this the service team did their utmost to offset the delay and were very apologetic and rang me to keep me posted.
